Shipping Policy

  Where We Ship
 

  MadeFits  offers shipping to all USA states, territories, and even APO/FPO addresses.

  

  Processing
  We process orders during our normal business hours.
  You are responsible for all return shipping fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable. MadeFits  strongly recommends that you use a trackable method to ship your return. 
  We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, but sometimes life throws us a curveball. (Ahem, Covid-19.) If we are experiencing longer than usual processing times, we will notify you either on our site or by email.

  Shipping Rates & Timing
 
  MadeFits  has multiple shipping rates, depending on either the product or the shipping method chosen. The shipping charge will be calculated and displayed during checkout. An estimate of the time it takes to deliver your order will be provided on our website. Please remember that the time it takes to process your order is a separate estimate from the time it takes to ship and deliver your order.

  

  Tracking Your Order
  When your order has shipped, we will send you an email with tracking info so you can check in on the delivery of your order. If you don’t receive this email in a timely fashion, please reach out to us at madefits704@gmail.com.

Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for your purchase from MadeFits. We appreciate your business. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please see the full details below regarding our return policy and process.

Policy Details
You can return your item 3 days from the date you received it.
Items that can’t be returned include: Customized Items
For all returns, please include the purchased item, along with: Proof of purchase

Shipping Fees
You are responsible for most return shipping fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to ship your return. Exceptions: MadeFits will cover shipping fees in when Items are damaged and/or defective, Customer did not order item.
Shipping label will be sent to the email that was entered when placing the order. 

Restocking Fees
All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 10%. Exceptions MadeFits does not charge a restocking fee if: Items are damaged and/or defective, Customer did not order item

Process Details
To return your purchase from MadeFits, place the item securely in in its original packaging, if possible, along with Proof of purchase. Please mail your return to the following address:

Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, MadeFits will process your return. Please allow at least 3-5 days to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. MadeFits will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
